Our workout system is backed by science and is focused on health and high performance for life. It has been developed by Dr. Sergio Simphronio, physician specialized in Sports Traumatology and Sports Neurophysiology, after years of experience and study in the field of physical exercise and health.

We evaluate the biomechanical and physiological aspects for a safe and effective exercise prescription.

Maximum performance in 60 minutes

NOKK workout combines metabolic training, functional training and strength training, with other activities like Yoga, and Posturology.  This combination has been proven to be the most effective workout method to improve physical and psychological well-being.
